Shipping costs are based on the carrier and delivery method request. Signature may be required on orders shipped for overnight delivery or any order over $199 USD with different billing and shipping adresses. This is a secure delivery of your package. All shipments made within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are considered Domestic. In-stock orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days. Business days fall between Monday and Friday for any non-holidays. We do not offer weekend delivery. During inclement weather shipping may be delayed and DHL does not guarantee next day or two days delivery methods.
Shipping rates include any applicable customs fees. Customs fees are non-refundable. Customers who reject an international shipment will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges to and from your country. Please understand that DHL does charge shipping fees and custom fees in the event that you refuse your delivery. The cost of 2-way international shipping plus custom fees will be deducted from your refund. Currently return charges for international packages are the responsability of the customer. Client must request and pay for additional shipping insurance for the total value of the product to be delivered. If the client request parcial or full refund of the product in the event of missing item or open boxes, the client is obligated to present all the paperwork requested by the shipping company in order to file the claim and get parcial or full refund. (i.e. open box or visible damage receipt provided by the courier at the time of delivery stating that the package had visible damage or was open).
In case that the client does not pay the additional insurance and/or does not have the requested paperwork at the time of the claim, veari is not responsible for covering the fees or refund of missing products or damaged goods.

Our shipping guarantee offers you the protection and safety for your valued items, during international transport. We will send the replacement package inmediately at no additional cost if the package becomes lost or damaged. *Shipping guarantee only applicable for imternational shipping.
IN STORE RETURNS
We are very proud of every one of our VEARI products. Nevertheless, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase in VEARI for a factory defect, we accept exchanges or returns on the merchandise purchased with original purchase ticket, package and price tags in its original condition, effective until 7 days after day of purchase. The merchandise should be in good condition in order to be resold. Returns will only be good for store credit, no money reimbursements available. Your in store credit is only valid for 365 days. For more details, suggestions email us at: email@example.com.The merchandise purchased through other VEARI retailers or department stores should be returned at the store where the merchandise was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the retailer. *If you purchase an item through our physical stores and that particular item is not listed under the website catalog then your warranty will be that of the store where you purchased the item.

The form should be returned along with the products to be exchanged, with the original purchase ticket, package and price tags in its original condition, effective until 7 days after merchandise was received. The merchandise should be in good condition in order to be resold, the merchandise can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or it can be returned for online credit, no money reimbursements available. In order to assure that your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible, make sure to include your order number, customer’s full name and address. If this information is not available, along with the required return form, your request may take longer to be processed. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs, (The return of the item, and of the new item being shipped). The packages should be returned with the shipping costs already covered, and with a trackable shipping service; we do not accept returns if the shipping costs are not paid in full before being shipped back to VEARI. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during mail transit. Note that this return policy is only available for online purchases made on WWW.VEARI.COM, if your items were purchased on a retail store they need to be returned to that location.
